BRIEF HISTORY OF THE COMPANY:

The company's plant is located at Km, 33 National Highway, San Pedro Coliseum
Compound, San Pedro, Laguna. Near Pacita Complex. It's plant area is 350 sq. meters
situated in a 2-hectare land owned by MMG.

Mr. Romeo Patawaran Sr., President of the company, together with its chairman, Mr. Noel
B. Silva, formed the corporation last 1998, It was duly registered as "UNITED PARENS
MANUFACTURING CORPORATION" in the 16th of October 1998 by the Securities and
Exchange Comission.

The corporation's primary purpose is to engage in, operate, conduct, and maintain the
business of buying, acquiring, manufacturing, assembling, producing and selling of any
material products.

The stockholders decided to put up the corporation, having in mind the goal of supporting
the metal product requirements of the progressive automotive, construction, electronic
and semiconductor industries.
